GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING
YOUR WEBSITE

To ensure that the process goes hitch free, we have produced this document to guide you through the process of submitting the contents for your website Design. We strongly recommend that you read the document properly before you send your Website contents. We have tried to make this documentation as simple as possible, but if you do have any problems/ questions don’t hesitate to contact us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. TIME FRAME
We schedule a time frame within which a website will be started and completed. We commit to design your Organizations/Business site within a time frame of 7working days from the day we receive your website documents. During this time you are free to contact your web developer assigned to you for modification and correction of your website, provided you do not include any other service not previously agreed upon.
A job not completed within this period will be put under our roster list and would be completed on a later date.
We hope that you will be able to submit all your Organizations materials within the first week.
WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICE
Web 4 All Project undertakes the design of all kinds of websites and web applications, from a simple site, to complex database driven dynamic websites. We have competent and experienced webmasters who ensure that you achieve your aim of being on the web.
We also provide Online Marketing services to our clients to help them reach their target audience through the use of SEO and other proven techniques.
WEB PAGES
Web pages are the pages of your website, to understand it better when you visit a site the first page is called the HOME PAGE, and subsequent links are other pages on the site, each new link is a page.
Basic Web pages of a website includes (Note that you can change the names of what you want your pages to be called):
Usually our team will use its experience to determine how many pages your site will actually need.
SUBMITING CONTENTS FOR YOUR WEBSITE
Unless you have engaged the services of our Content Developer, we require you to develop the contents for each page on your site. We would also require you to spell check, and check your grammatical structure as we might not have the time to do this on your behalf. Note that we may help you restructure some sentence’s to give your Organization that professional outlook.
A web Content Developer is a person trained to write the contents of a website in a manner that instills confidence in the minds of visitors to your website.
FORMAT FOR SUBMITING CONTENTS
First write the heading of the page and directly below the heading write all the contents that you want to reflect on the page.

Usually the content of this page would be developed by us, so no need to worry about this page.
ABOUT US/PROFILE (or whatever you want to call the page)
This page contains all that you want your site visitors to know about your Organization; this will include your Mission, Vision, Historical Background, and any other information. If you have a small staff strength and you want to talk about your staff you can also do so here, otherwise you can omit the information.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION/ HELP PAGE
This page contains questions and answers about your organization, usually an FAQ page is for sites that offer products or services that require a little technical skill so they teach the basics on this page. The page is optional.
PHOTO GALLERY
On this page you display pictures of the programs and projects your organization has engaged in the past. As much as it is good to have pictures on your site, too much pictures in your gallery can bore your site visitors, remember they have other things to do other than looking at your album. So the rule is put pictures that show you in action.
PROGRAMS/ PROJECTS
This page shows your site visitors projects you are currently working on and those you intend to start in the future.
CONTACT US.
This page gives your site viewers and opportunity to contact you. This page can either be in the format of them filling a form, or supplying them with details such as your head office, e-mail, phone numbers, fax etc.
WEB DEVELOPMENT
Some sites might require other features such as a forum, guest book, Face book and Twitter integration, Google analytics (to check the number of people that have visited your site from anywhere in the world) and other applications.
We can help you integrate all this into your site, but this will require you to pay an extra fee unless it has been discussed and agreed upon in your initial contract.
Remember to include any other application you want on your site as you submit your details.
WEBSITE MATERIALS
All materials of your site should be sent to us in electronic format through our HELP DESK. *Note you have to create account for yourself to gain access to our help desk. (Registeration is Free)
Materials that you might send includes *Organizations Logo * Pictures for your Photo-gallery if you have one *Special pictures you want on your site *Contents for each web page (in word format i.e microsoft word) *Organizations slogan or motto *Any other thing that you want to send with specific instructions as to how you want them handled.
PAYMENTS Our clients are required to make payments for their website design jobs. We will only begin work on any website design when we get the green light from you.
WEBSITE DESIGN SOFTWARE
The Web 4 All Project ensure that all sites designed by us meet all browser and web language requirements. To this end, all sites designed by Web 4 All Project are designed using Joomla, one of the best Content Management System in the market.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE Our clients can retain our services to maintain their websites, or maintain it themselves if they have the knowhow and usage of Joomla. Please refer to our HELP DESK and open a new ticket under web maintenance and we will get back to you.
AFFILIATE PARTNER You can become one of our affiliate partners and make extra income. Our Affiliate Partners promote our website design service to interested people who need a site and earn a commission of 20% on the price agreed between us and the prospective client.
We pay commissions to our Affiliate Partners per job at the conclusion and receiving full payments from the client.
